Reference Check Pro provides automated employment reference checking services through our web platform. Our service allows employers to request, collect, and manage professional references for job candidates efficiently.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer four subscription tiers:
- Free Plan: Pay-per-use at £15 per reference check
- Starter Plan: £49/month including 10 reference checks
- Growth Plan: £99/month including 30 reference checks
- Unlimited Plan: £199/month with unlimited reference checks
3. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Pay-per-use charges are processed immediately upon order placement. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection laws. All reference data is encrypted and stored securely. We only use your data to provide our services.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining proper consent from candidates before requesting references
- Providing accurate information for reference requests
- Maintaining confidentiality of reference information received
- Complying with employment laws in your jurisdiction
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for decisions made based on reference information provided.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, access to new features ceases, but completed reference data remains accessible for 12 months.
